Terms Of Service - (The Rules)

This Membership Agreement is a binding agreement between you the member, and QualityHits4u.net.

Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services implies consent to this agreement, as well as future updates, alterations or changes to this agreement. Services and agreement may change without notice to you. It is your responsibility to check back for updates.

  1. QualityHits4u is not responsible for the income claims or promises from sites that are in rotation. Any programs you join are at your own risk and we strongly advise you to research all business opportunities before you invest money.

  2. You agree to receive discount offers, promotions, and updates from QualityHits4u.net to all email addresses on record.

  3. You agree to maintain a functioning email address in your profile here at QH4U. One autoresponder message from your account is grounds for account deletion and we WILL file a SPAM report.

  4. One account per IP address is allowed unless approved by Owners FIRST. Duplicate IP's will be banned and all commissions will be lost.

  5. Use of autoresponders for your membership email are strictly forbidden. One autoresponder message is grounds for immediate deletion. If your email bounces, your account is subject to immediate removal.

  6. Of course we love your referrals, however you are not permitted to use someone else's information to sign up another account. Making fake accounts is cheating, period. Please direct your referrals to your site referral link and allow them to enroll themselves. Paying members to sign up at QualityHits4U is strictly prohibited and will result in the loss of your account and all commissions.

  7. SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority. SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result in loss of your QualityHits4u.net account(s), without recourse on your part.
    Legal action will be pursued by QualityHits4u.net for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you.

  8. You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscription(s) to QualityHits4u.net account created by you or your representatives.

  9. Cancellation of any subscription(s) will result in your account being downgraded to Free status, regardless of the last successful payment date. QualityHits4u.net shall not be held responsible for services and/or fees lost due to subscription cancellation.

  10. In the event of a failed payment request for membership fees, your account will be re-billed one time, three days following the payment failure. Upon the second failed payment request in any given billing cycle, any related QualityHits4u.net accounts will be downgraded to Free status.

  11. Your usage session must be a full browser window. Any software found to be minimizing the browsers will be cause for immediate termination of the account. This is a traffic exchange, the basic concept of this is to co-operate with other viewers. Please do not use or endorse this kind of cheat software. Please view your sites in full browser windows!

  12. You may not sell any QualityHits4U credits that you have earned in any way. You may not re-sell any QualityHits4U credits that you purchased without permission from QH4U admin.

  13. QualityHits4u cannot guarantee that the website and/or the service will be error-free and uninterrupted. Service is provided on an "as is" basis with no warranties expressed or implied. Copyright-all content on the site is the property of QualityHits4u or its content suppliers and is covered by International Copyright Laws. No part of this website may be reproduced without express written permission of QualityHits4u.

  14. We do not provide refunds on subscriptions or purchases. However, if you do have a dispute, please call us. It is our desire to work out any issues on a case-by-case basis.

  15. Cash Outs & Prizes Eligibility:
    a. You must have a valid first and last name entered in your Profile (U.S. Govt. Regulations)
    b. You must have a valid website, banner, and text ad into rotation. (NOT Suspended or Banned)
    c. Inactivity for 90 days or more will lose their commissions balance
    d. Your Paypal/Payza address must be in your profile
    e. Must have the minimum cashout amount in your balance
    f. Anyone who is not eligible for cash outs may use their commissions to make purchases on the site

  16. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If your account is suspended or banned, all credits, impressions, and commissions will be deducted. Refunds will not be given for subscriptions in the matter of suspended or banned accounts.

  17. Sites which are not allowed and will be removed: (If your site is removed, all credits will be lost.)

    1. Sites that contain viruses, malware, or other harmful content
    2. Sites that attempt to download
    3. Sites that disrupt the surf process, or break frames in any way will be removed
    4. Sites that freeze the surf bar
    5. Any sites that our staff deem to be inappropriate
    6. Sites that have popups or multiple windows
    7. Racist or hate sites
    8. Pornography and adult content
    9. Warez, illegal software
    10. Sites where the main language is not at least 75% English

Member Statement:

I have thoroughly read and understand the QualityHits4u.net terms and conditions. I understand that QualityHits4u.net will always do it's utmost to provide a professional, quality advertising service. In joining and/or purchasing a QualityHits4u.net membership I am automatically agreeing to said terms and conditions and I understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in account termination.
